Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for SLP-CCC (will also consider exceptional Clinical Fellows)
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest working in schools, specifically with Life Skills classrooms
• Commitment to in-person service delivery; remote work is not available for this assignment

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication intervention to students in Life Skills programs at four school sites
• Evaluate and develop IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide ongoing assessment of student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure individualized, meaningful student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state policies
• Participate in professional meetings and contribute to a supportive educational community

Enjoy working with small classroom groups averaging 5-12 students, allowing for individualized attention and strong rapport. Assignments may shift, but your initial placement will focus on two high schools and two middle schools.
