Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current WA SLP licensure, or commitment to obtain prior to start
  • WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • SLP-CCC required
  • Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI process

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students without AAC or medically complex needs
  • Provide speech and language therapy services, progress monitoring, and goal tracking
  • Collaborate with educators and support the schools behavior program
  • Deliver onsite servicesremote is not an option
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a school setting
