Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license in Kansas
Prior experience with school-aged populations preferred
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital technology
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment

Responsibilities:
Provide virtual speech-language therapy to K-12 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct assessments and track student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
Offer resources and support to educators and families
Manage timely and accurate documentation as required
Adapt to various caseload options (elementary, middle, or high school levels) based on preference and expertise
