Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Kansas SLP licensure
• Experience or strong interest working with school-age children
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Competency with documentation and case management in educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings in accordance with IEPs
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create targeted intervention plans for students with speech and language challenges
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all school and district documentation requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
