In this elementary school-based role, youll work on-site (with flexibility for hybrid arrangements) to support students communication needs. The exact caseload and location will be determined collaboratively. The team welcomes both experienced SLPs (CCC), SLP-Clinical Fellows, and SLPAs, making this an inclusive environment for different experience levels.

Qualifications:

  • Hold (or be eligible for) appropriate SLP credentials (CCC, CF, or SLPA licensure).
  • Experience or strong interest in elementary settings preferred.
  • Willingness to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language, communication, and swallowing disorders for elementary-aged students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records, evaluations, and progress notes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and staff development as needed.
