We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our network for a school-based opportunity in Niceville, Florida. This full-time contract position is set for the 2025–2026 school year and is ideal for candidates who thrive in collaborative, student-centered environments.

Job Requirements

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license

• Florida Department of Education certification (if required for school-based positions)

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted based on district requirements

Job Duties

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement effective communication strategies

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
