We are now hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time K–12 school-based position in Virginia Beach, VA for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician with your CCCs or a Clinical Fellow seeking supportive supervision, this role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Position Details:

• Location: Virginia Beach, VA

• Caseload: K–12 students

• Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

• Start: 2025–2026 School Year

• Pay: $40+/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations

• Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct and consultative services to students

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state standards

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates with strong foundational experience encouraged to apply

• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
