A school district near Virginia Beach, VA is looking for a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite position during the 2025–2026 school year. The role will primarily serve an elementary caseload and is open to both Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPs—CCC certification is not required.

Position Overview

  • Location: Onsite near Virginia Beach, VA

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

  • Caseload: Primarily elementary students

  • Caseload Size: Typically capped at 50 students (flexible based on need)

  • Contract Term: 2025–2026 school year

  • Virtual Work: Not permitted – onsite only

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students

  • Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families

  • Monitor student progress and adapt interventions accordingly

  • Attend and participate in IEP and team meetings

Candidate Requirements

  • Active Virginia SLP Licensure

  • Open to Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) – CCCs are not required

  • Prior experience with school-aged populations is a plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Must be available for onsite work only – no remote or hybrid options
