Speech Language Pathologist in Waterbury, CT

What were seeking:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Completion of a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
• Prior experience working with K-12 students (preferred, not required)
• Understanding of IEP development, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for student success
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs

Key responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to foster student engagement and progress
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic educational planning
