Fall 2025 Semester - Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist - White Bear Lake, MN

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles during the Fall 2025 semester with school districts in the White Bear Lake, Minnesota area. This is an exciting opportunity to support students’ communication and academic development in a collaborative school-based setting.

Details: 

• Location: White Bear Lake, MN
• Full Time: 35 hours per week
• Caseload: Elementary School, conducting testing and evaluations. The district likes to discuss more details at the time of interview to see the best fit based on experience.

Requirements – Applicants Must Meet All Local and State Criteria:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Minnesota SLP license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also considered
• Must meet Minnesota Department of Education requirements for working in a school setting
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote speech and language therapy to students in K–12 settings
• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using teletherapy platforms
• Develop and manage IEPs in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Regularly consult with educators, parents, and support staff
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs in a virtual environment
