Key Qualities and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Michigan Bureau of Professional Licensing (LARA)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• School-based experience strongly preferred, with flexibility for all levels of experience
• Passion for working with K-12 students and promoting effective communication skills
• Able to commit to full-time onsite schedule; remote/virtual (voco) work is not available for this position

Role Expectations:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in various grade levels (K-12)
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary support teams to maximize student outcomes
• Document and report in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Engage proactively in professional development and supervisory activities as applicable

This contract role offers a supportive setting for both experienced and early-career SLPs, spanning from ASAP through June 2027. Two positions are available, each offering the chance to foster communication skills that shape young lives.
