Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Contract
Location: Wilmington, DE
Caseload: PreK (with SLP team support)

Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Wilmington, DE. This role will focus on a PreK caseload, with the benefit of working alongside a supportive SLP team. Renewal opportunities may be available based on performance and district needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech and language needs in preschool-aged students

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on early communication skills

• Provide direct therapy to support speech, language, fluency, and early social communication development

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other SLPs to promote kindergarten readiness

• Monitor student progress and update goals and treatment strategies as needed

• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines through accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active Delaware SLP license and state-required certifications

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous experience with preschool or early intervention populations highly valued

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
