Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP licensure/certification

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Clear background check and fingerprint clearance per Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student communication goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation aligned with state and district requirements
