Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist – Boston, MA

Minimum Qualifications – Massachusetts State Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
Possess an active Massachusetts state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
Applicants must have experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting
Applicants must meet all local and state compliance requirements including:
Completion of background checks and fingerprinting
Valid authorization to work in the United States
Adherence to Massachusetts’s requirements for school professionals
Applicants who do not meet the outlined qualifications will not be considered.
Typical Responsibilities:
Evaluate students for speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve students' communication skills
Provide speech and language therapy in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor and support students' progress
Document and track student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans
Provide speech therapy to students with articulation, language, and fluency disorders
Conduct assessments and screenings for speech and language delays
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the needs of students with disabilities
