Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local requirements to be eligible for this role, including:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) SLP license

• Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Speech-Language Pathologist certificate

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required

• Previous school-based experience preferred

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and service eligibility

• Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor progress toward IEP goals

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student learning

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to student goal development
