School-Based Bilingual SLP (English-Spanish) Elgin, IL

Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated and qualified bilingual English-Spanish Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our trusted school district partners in Elgin, IL. These are full-time, school-based contract positions for the upcoming school year, with potential for renewal based on performance and district need. Positions start at $50 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Illinois SLP license

• PEL (Professional Educator License) with SLP endorsement required

• Fluency in both English and Spanish

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous school-based experience preferred

Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments in both English and Spanish

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Supporting multilingual students in achieving communication goals

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff

• Participating in IEP meetings

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
