Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles with partner school districts in the San Jacinto, California area. We are looking for licensed professionals who are passionate about helping students succeed through effective communication support and therapy.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Candidates must meet all local and state requirements for practice in California, including:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential OR a valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB)

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required

  • Compliance with California Department of Education and school district background check and fingerprinting requirements

  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

  • Monitor student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
