Your day-to-day contributions will shape young learners communication skills, collaborating closely with school-based Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff. With a 34-hour workweek across three school sites, youll benefit from a robust, stable schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Massachusetts SLPA license
• Experience as an SLPA in elementary and/or middle school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working in diverse educational environments
• Adaptability and reliability

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to students under the guidance of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
• Prepare and organize therapy materials tailored to each students needs
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and school staff to support student IEP goals
• Engage positively with students, their families, and school teams to maximize outcomes
