School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Derry, New Hampshire

Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students in a vibrant educational setting near Derry, NH. In this part-time onsite role, you'll work 21 hours per week, spread over three days (Monday through Friday), serving students in 2nd through 5th grades and providing additional support for preschoolers as needed. Collaborate closely with educators and specialists within ABA self-contained programs, making a real difference in students communication development and daily school experience.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active SLPA license issued by the state of New Hampshire
• Demonstrate previous experience in school-based settings
• Comfortable providing services to both elementary and preschool students
• Knowledge of or experience with ABA self-contained programs preferred
• Completion of district fingerprinting requirements prior to start
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse student caseload
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for a contract running from August 24, 2026, through June 17, 2027
• Prepared to attend a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services under supervision, primarily for 2nd-5th graders
• Provide coverage for preschool caseloads as needed
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and educational staff
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Support implementation of IEP goals within ABA self-contained classrooms
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student planning as requested
