Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Florissant, MO

Key Qualifications:

• Active Missouri SLPA license is required
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students in a school setting is preferred
• Proficiency collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Must successfully complete district fingerprinting and submit a TCN number
• Willingness to complete required contractor documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language interventions under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support students communication goals in both individual and group settings
• Document student progress and report on outcomes as directed
• Collaborate with educational team members to facilitate student success
• Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school and district guidelines
• Adapt therapy materials and approaches as directed by supervising SLP

This is an on-site position covering full-time hours (37.5 per week) at a single elementary school in the Riverview area of St. Louis.
