Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Arizona SLPA license required
• Current IVP Fingerprint Card (must be presented at application)
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably PreK8th grade
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to student support
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and engage effectively with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following all ethical standards

Role Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist to implement individualized education plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades PreK8th
• Prepare and adapt materials for therapy sessions based on student needs
• Collect and maintain accurate data and documentation on student progress
• Support the SLP with assessments and parent communication as needed
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment where students feel supported in their communication development

This position involves a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, ensuring meaningful engagement with students and colleagues. The exact caseload will be determined closer to the start date to ensure manageable, focused service.
