School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Lehigh Acres, Florida

In this role, youll travel throughout the county, providing vital speech and language services that help students succeed. Youll work with a diverse student population across various ages and levels of need, using your creativity and expertise to make a real difference.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLPA license required
• Prior school-based SLPA experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Comfortable traveling to serve multiple schools across Hendry County
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting students communication and educational growth

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to K12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist with assessments, therapy plans, and the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to support students needs
• Travel as necessary to offer services at different school sites within the county
