School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Lenexa, KS

Key Qualifications:

• Holds valid SLPA licensure in the state of Kansas
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage schedules and prioritize assignments
• Reliable transportation to commute between 1-3 campuses each week
• Effective communicator, able to collect data and document progress with high attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of an SLP
• Support SLPs in implementing tailored treatment plans and modifying session activities as needed
• Assist with scheduling and decision-making regarding school visits based on therapy needs
• Collect and document student progress data, ensuring compliance with all district and state protocols
• Maintain consistent collaboration with supervising SLPs, teachers, and other educational professionals
