Traveling SLPA – K–12 School-Based Positions Nationwide | Full-Time Opportunities
Blazer Works is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for full-time, traveling school-based placements across K–12 educational settings in multiple states, with immediate openings in New York, California, Texas, and Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity for SLPAs to work with students from kindergarten through high school, assisting in the development of speech, language, and communication skills across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering speech and language therapy to students in grades K–12
Support Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans and strategies
Provide direct therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP
Assist with evaluating students' speech, language, and communication needs
Maintain documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to track and support student development
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
State licensure or certification as an SLPA (or eligibility for licensure)
Must clear background checks
Preferred: Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly pay starting at $2,000+
