In this position, you'll team up with a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver tailored services at a middle school site, fostering growth and communication skills in a caseload of 35-40 students.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington SLPA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure
• Completion or willingness to complete fingerprinting requirements through OSPI
• Experience with middle school-aged students is preferred, but not requiredenthusiasm and understanding of this age group are valued
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in both virtual and in-person settings

Responsibilities:

• Support the virtual SLP in implementing therapy plans and goals for identified students
• Provide direct services and interventions under SLP supervision
• Monitor and document student progress
• Maintain regular communication with the SLP, school staff, and families as needed
• Assist with scheduling and organizational tasks related to service delivery
