Qualifications:

  • Valid WA SLPA licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI (or willingness to complete upon hire)
  • Preferred: Experience with middle school students, but open to candidates with interest and understanding of this age group
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services at a middle school
  • Collaborate with a virtual SLP regarding caseload management for 35-40 students
  • Implement and document therapy sessions under SLP supervision
  • Participate in school team meetings and contribute to overall student success
