Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support students and families in a school-based setting in Austin, TX. This full-time contract position focuses on providing counseling, crisis intervention, and connecting families to community resources. Classroom experience is not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and group counseling to students

• Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans

• Collaborating with educators, families, and community agencies

• Assisting students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

• Facilitating access to resources and support services

Federal and Texas State Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred

• Knowledge of Texas education and social service regulations

• Must pass background check and fingerprinting per Texas Education Agency requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
