Start Date: ASAP – Remainder of School Year, with potential for ESY and renewal for 2025–2026

We are actively seeking a qualified School Social Worker or School Counselor with a valid Illinois PEL to join a dedicated team of educators and support professionals. This role involves supporting specialized classrooms and making a meaningful impact on student well-being and success.

Current Needs

Need 1:

• Supporting two classrooms in district buildings

• Caseload: Approximately 35 students (FALP – 2 classes; 1 CD and STAR classrooms)

Need 2:

• Support for intermediate and high school classrooms

• Focus on behavioral and social-emotional support

Extended School Year (ESY)

• Program Dates: June 9 – July 9 (Monday–Thursday)

• Hours: 8:15 AM – 12:15 PM

• Inservice Day: June 5, 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM (Required)

Requirements

• Active Illinois PEL with School Social Worker or School Counselor endorsement

• School-based experience preferred

• In-person availability required
