This full-time, onsite role is split between a middle school and an elementary school, giving you the chance to work with multiple age groups and developmental stages. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a predictable and steady routine.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) with active PA licensure
  • Must have school-based experience
  • Per PA Department of Education, must either:
    • Hold a valid, active PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate, OR
    • Hold LSW or LCSW licensure and be enrolled in a PDE-approved school social worker program
  • Ability to obtain/complete all required PA clearances
  • Strong comfort working in urban educational settings
  • Willingness to disclose district information as part of the process
  • Available for a Zoom interview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide social-emotional support and resources to students
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement student support plans
  • Conduct assessments and maintain documentation
  • Engage with families and community resources
