Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified School Social Worker for a full-time contract position with a district in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will work with students, families, and school staff to address barriers to learning and promote student well-being. Classroom experience is not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct social work services to students and families

• Collaborating with school teams to develop support plans

• Conducting home visits and connecting families with community resources

• Supporting mental health and crisis intervention efforts

• Ensuring compliance with school policies and federal/state regulations

Federal and Texas State Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work

• Valid Texas LMSW or LCSW licensure (or eligibility)

• Must meet background check and fingerprinting requirements per Texas Education Agency

• Authorized to work in the United States
