Upcoming School Year Role - Social Worker

Blazer Jobs is seeking a School Social Worker to support a moderate to severe caseload of high school students in Federal Heights, Colorado. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about student mental health, behavior intervention, and case management in educational settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional support services to students on a moderate to severe caseload

• Develop behavior intervention plans in collaboration with IEP teams

• Conduct student assessments and maintain service documentation

• Coordinate with families, teachers, and outside agencies

• Support students through crisis intervention and community resource referrals

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Social Work License

• Minimum of one year of experience working with high school students in a school setting

• Strong communication, case management, and advocacy skills
