Position Overview:

As the School Social Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting student success and emotional well-being by:

• Collaborating with educators, families, and mental health staff

• Providing individual and group counseling services

• Supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs

• Conducting assessments and creating tailored support plans

• Connecting families with school and community resources

Caseload Size: 37–45 students

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Licensed as a School Social Worker by the Colorado Department of Education

• At least one year of related experience

• Preferred experience with special education populations, counseling, parent support, and behavioral assessments
