Description: Our company is currently hiring a School Social Worker for our elementary school & high school in Federal Heights, Colorado. You will play a vital role in supporting students' social, emotional, and academic well-being and provide counseling, intervention services, and resources to empower students to thrive.
 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Develop and implement intervention plans and support strategies to enhance students' overall well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a positive and inclusive school environment
• Assess students' social-emotional needs and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conducting informal groups as part of MTSS and providing classroom support as needed in the daily schedule

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Active Colorado Dept of Education School Social Worker License
• Experience working with high school-aged students; familiarity with ASD
