Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Social Workers for a full-time position with a school district in the Federal Heights, CO area.

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services License with a School Social Worker Endorsement

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred

Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting student assessments and developing intervention plans

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and community agencies to support student success

• Supporting the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans

• Providing crisis intervention, individual and group counseling

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
