Now Hiring: School Social Worker | 2025–2026 School Year | Flint, MI

We are actively seeking a qualified and passionate School Social Worker (SSW) to join our team in Flint, MI for the full 2025–2026 school year. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to grow their careers in a supportive educational environment.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Social Work

• Valid School Social Worker Certificate issued by the Michigan Department of Education

• Michigan Social Worker License through LARA

• 2–3 professional references

• Reliable transportation

Position Details:

• Start/End Dates: August 2025 – June 2026

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

• Pay Range: $37–$41 per hour (based on experience)

• Caseload: Elementary and middle school students

• Duties: Provide intervention support to special education students in small group and 1:1 settings

• Work Setting: Onsite preferred; virtual options considered for candidates with 2+ years of SSW experience
