Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution
  • Full Michigan licensure (LMSW or LPC); limited licenses (LLMSW/LLPC) considered with plan to advance
  • Experience in public school settings or related agencies preferred
  • Comfortable providing services onsite for K-12 caseload
  • Official university transcripts required
  • MDE SW Approval and current LARA license (to be collected prior to start)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with staff to determine data collection methods, evaluate data, and recommend interventions
  • Design and deliver tiered interventions and participate in MTSS/student support meetings
  • Provide case management, liaise with families, and coordinate services for students
  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral and group/individual interventions
  • Maintain detailed documentation and regularly report to the MTSS Supervisor
