Key Responsibilities:

Provide social-emotional support to students to foster academic and personal success
Conduct assessments to identify students' social-emotional needs
Develop and implement intervention plans to address student concerns
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive school environment
Offer individual and group counseling services focused on behavior, mental health, and social skills
Connect students and families with community resources and support services
Maintain accurate and confidential student records

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
State Social Worker License (LCSW, LCPC, or MSW Limited License)
School-based experience preferred
