Schedule: Full-Time
Caseload: Approximately 50 Students
Grade Levels: Elementary (K–5) | General Education and Resource
Worksite Requirement: Onsite | Split Between Two Buildings

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Social Worker for a full-time, short-term contract opportunity in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This position will support elementary students across two school buildings and involves working closely with students in both general education and resource settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students in grades K–5

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Address social, emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide related services documentation

• Assist in creating a safe and supportive school environment

Requirements:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement

• Experience working in school settings, particularly elementary

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Must be available full-time for the contract period
