• Master's degree and LARA license or eligibility (LMSW, School Social Worker, Psychologist, LPC, Marriage and Family Therapist, or related master's credentials per Michigan standards)
• Experience with general education student populations preferred
• Proficiency with electronic documentation, SOAP notes, and Google Suite
• Able to facilitate both direct student counseling and professional learning opportunities for school staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adept at creating a supportive, inclusive, and positive atmosphere

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing social-emotional counseling services to general education students individually and in groups
• Documenting sessions and interventions using standardized electronic systems and SOAP note format
