Location: Lisle, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 14, 2025 – June 4, 2026 (2025-2026 School Year)
Caseload: TBD based on district assignment

Blazer Jobs is seeking a certified Social Worker for a full-time, school-based role in Lisle, IL. This position is ideal for a compassionate educator dedicated to supporting the academic and functional needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support in non-academic areas, tailored to individual student needs

• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement intervention goals and methods in accordance with district and IEP requirements

• Regularly communicate with parents and team members to exchange updates and support strategies

• Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using formal and informal tools

• Prepare for and actively participate in IEP and other relevant meetings related to student programming and services

Requirements:

• Valid Illinois certification as a School Social Worker or appropriate credential

• Experience working in school settings preferred

• Strong understanding of social-emotional development, crisis intervention, and community resources

• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain consistent documentation
