- Sub SSW (1) - Clarkson Junior High School Start and End Date: August25-November 18 ,2025 Work Hours per Day: 7.5 Name of School site or District wide: Clarkston Junior High School
- Sub SSW (2) - Independence Elementary Start and End Date: Mid- September. Candidate will work 12-weeks from start date Work Hours per Day: 7.5 Name of School site or District wide: Independence Elementary Caseload: 25
Additional Information: Supporting both students with IEPs and 504s as well as general education students in coordination with another SSW - Sub SSW at Bailey Lake Elementary: Anticipated start: Mid-September. - Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling to help students with emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
- Crisis Intervention: Assist students during crises, such as family issues, trauma, or mental health emergencies.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and progress.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Master’s degree in School Social Work from an accredited program
- State license to practice Social Work
- SSW-310 Authorization for School Social Work OR MDE School Social Worker Credential
- Membership in the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
