Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
• Support students in achieving academic and social success through targeted interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan School Social Worker License or eligibility required.
• Experience working in a school setting, particularly with special education populations, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
