Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs collaboratively.
• Provide direct instruction using evidence-based practices.
• Create a structured, engaging classroom promoting positive behavior.
• Utilize varied methods and materials for diverse needs.
• Implement positive behavior supports and collaborate with therapists.
• Monitor progress through data and adjust instruction.
• Communicate with parents/guardians.
• Participate in professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Special Education (Master's preferred).
• Valid state Special Education certification.
• Experience with ASD students.
• Strong understanding of ABA and evidence-based practices.
• IEP development experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to student success.
• Ability to differentiate instruction.
