Location: Andover, MA

Hours: Full-time, 35-37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Setting: Onsite
Caseload: K-8th

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) to support students in grades K-8 for the 2024-2025 school year in Andover, MA. This position requires a strong background in classroom instruction, student accommodations, and behavioral management.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to meet students' diverse learning needs

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the school team

• Adapt and modify curriculum to align with student goals

• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Requirements:

• Active SPED License in MA (K-8 certification required)

• Active Teaching License in MA

• Onsite only – Remote work is not available for this position

• Prior experience in a school setting preferred

• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills
