What you'll bring:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Proven ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Prior experience supporting students in a centerbased or comparable special education environment preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with fellow teachers, support staff, and families
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive classroom and advocating for each students growth
• Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading special education instruction in a designated classroom, tailored to a setting III/centerbase caseload
• Developing and implementing differentiated lesson plans based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Progress monitoring and ongoing assessment to adjust strategies as necessary
• Facilitating communication with parents and educational teams regarding student progress
• Maintaining accurate records and upholding district and state compliance standards
• Contributing positively to the school community and supporting a safe, respectful learning environment
