Special Education Teacher - Andover, MN

In this rewarding full-time role, you will:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teacher license (required)
• Demonstrate experience or passion for working with early childhood populations, particularly those with autism or significant developmental needs
• Bring a collaborative and adaptive approach to teaching in a center-based setting
• Exhibit strong communication and organization skills
• Submit a current resume detailing relevant educational background and professional experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction to elementary-aged students in the Ready, Set, Launch program
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, specialists, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Employ evidence-based strategies to address a variety of learning and behavioral challenges
• Monitor progress and adapt methods to ensure optimal student success

Additional Details:

• Full-time contract, ASAP through June 10, 2027
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 3:40 pm (37.5 hours weekly)
