Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 only)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver tailored instruction to students enrolled in the Ready, Set, Launch program
• Conduct individualized assessments and maintain meaningful IEP documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, related service providers, and fellow educators
• Foster a supportive and respectful classroom culture that encourages student independence and confidence
• Participate in ongoing professional development and program enhancements
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning and behavioral needs
