What Youll Need:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (ASD endorsement preferred for certain roles)
• Experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
• Dedication to inclusive education and differentiation of instruction

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students goals and abilities
• Deliver engaging, adaptable instruction in academic, functional, and social skills
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions
• Collaborate with general educators, related service personnel, and families to provide a cohesive support system
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
• Foster a positive environment that encourages student independence and growth

These contract roles begin as soon as possible and extend through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. Full-time openings are available, including a 0.5 FTE assignment at the high school level, with placements throughout various educational centers.
