North Carolina’s public schools serve a wide range of students in urban, suburban, and rural settings. Blazer Jobs focuses on personalized placements—matching educators with districts where they can thrive and make a real difference.
We assist with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction licensure process, contract guidance, and provide ongoing career support throughout the school year.
Valid North Carolina teaching license with a Special Education endorsement (e.g., Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Experience in inclusive, resource, or self-contained classrooms preferred
Must meet state and district employment standards
Location: K–12 public schools across North Carolina
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Employment: W-2 contracts for the 2025–2026 academic year
Compensation: Competitive hourly wages, paid weekly
Renewal: Strong potential for contract extension based on performance and district needs
