Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina teaching license with a Special Education endorsement (e.g., Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder)

• Experience in inclusive, resource, or self-contained classrooms preferred

• Must meet state and district employment standards

Position Details:

• Location: K–12 public schools across North Carolina

• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

• Employment: W-2 contracts for the 2025–2026 academic year

• Compensation: Competitive hourly wages, paid weekly

• Renewal: Strong potential for contract extension based on performance and district needs

Your Role:

As a Special Education Teacher in North Carolina, you’ll develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), tailor instruction to meet diverse student needs, and collaborate with families, general education teachers, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
