Position Overview:

• Job Title: Special Education Teacher (Travel Assignment)

• Location: Atlanta, GA

• Start Date: ASAP or 2024–2025 School Year

• Schedule: Full-time, 30–40 hours/week

• Pay: $1,500–$1,900 per week (based on experience)

• Employment Type: W-2 Contract through BlazerJobs

• Contract Length: Full school year with possible renewal

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with a wide range of learning needs

• Implement IEPs in collaboration with the IEP team

• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet individual student goals

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

• Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education

• Active Georgia teaching credential with Special Education endorsement

• School-based experience preferred

• Flexibility, collaboration skills, and a passion for student growth
